I absolutely love the Quality Inn on Jimmie Dyess Parkway. I love the location, the rooms, the prices, and the staff/management. The sales and marketing manager, DJ, is so friendly and super helpful when it comes to any needs, questions, and/or concerns that we may have had. All around, I will definitely recommend staying here if you want the most out of your money and time. Love it.
Overall has been a great experience. Great customer service. Near a lot of places to eat and a Food Lion. They have a small kitchenette area. The room is definitely a good size room. I had a double queen bed room. Has a TV and desk and a little island separating the kitchen and bed area. Definitely recommend this cost efficient hotel for sure.
This is a very nice motel. Mr. Patel the manger is awesome he will make sure you are taken care of. The other staff are very nice as well. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here.
Everything about this room was great! It was clean, good lighting, separate bath, mini kitchen complete with sink, mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, and a small bar with 2 chairs. Bed was very comfy! Good water pressure! 5 stars for sure!
Relatively clean, saw 1 roach in the bathroom and sheets had what looked like paw print stains but clearly cleaned. Comfortable beds and pillows. A/C and heat worked very well. For the price it was acceptable since the hotel next door charged nearly double the price!
Phyllis was fantastic helping me check out. I asked for help printing something and she accommodated. She also gave me a bottled water during breakfast when I asked. Thank you Phyllis!!! I was in room 204 from 6/12 to 6/14/25. The gentleman that checked me in was great as well and recognized that I was a diamond member! Please was clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town. Breakfast was fabulous as well!!!
My Grandchildren and I stayed 4 nights for Vacation Bible School. The room was perfect, nice cool AC. Breakfast was delicious, coffee excellent, the couple running front were absolutely a dream extremely kind. Although the pool had to close third day for maintenance the man gave us option to swim at next door pool. I will definitely go back next year. Thank you for making our vacation a delight
